Fragrance experience is subjective and may vary based on skin chemistry, environment, application, storage, and personal preference. We do not guarantee that a fragrance will smell, perform, project, or last exactly the same for every customer.

3. Fragrance Use and Safety

Le Sablier fragrance products may contain alcohol, fragrance oils, and other cosmetic ingredients. Products are intended for external use only.

Do not ingest fragrance products. Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, irritated skin, and sensitive areas. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, rash, discomfort, or allergic reaction occurs.

Fragrance products should be kept away from heat, flames, sparks, children, and pets. Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing product information and determining whether the product is suitable for your personal use.

4. Orders

When you place an order with Le Sablier, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, cancel, or modify any order at our discretion.

Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process payment. We may contact you if additional verification is required.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, suspicious, made for resale, made for export, or placed in violation of these Terms.

5. Prices, Promotions, and Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotional offers, shipping fees, and product availability are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of errors.

Posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, handling fees, duties, customs fees, or other charges unless expressly stated.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all charges will be honored by your payment provider.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Le Sablier currently offers the following shipping options for eligible U.S. orders:

Standard Delivery — Complimentary
Shipped through UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery.

Express Delivery — $35
Shipped through FedEx Standard Overnight.

Shipping timeframes begin once your order has been processed and shipped, not when the order is placed.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, address issues, payment verification, shipping restrictions, or circumstances outside of our control.

Le Sablier fragrances may contain alcohol and must be shipped in accordance with applicable carrier and transportation regulations. Certain destinations, carriers, or shipping methods may not be available for all fragrance orders.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only in accordance with our Return Policy.

Fragrance products must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging to be eligible for return or exchange, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, names, product names, text, images, photography, graphics, video, audio, design, layout, and overall presentation, is owned by Le Sablier, its affiliates, licensors, or service providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
