Returns & Exchanges
Le Sablier accepts eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, item(s) must be in perfect, unused, and sellable condition, with all original packaging, inserts, accessories, and proof of purchase included.
For fragrance purchases, the outer perfume packaging must remain sealed and unopened. Due to the nature of fragrance products, any perfume, cologne, or beauty item that has been opened, used, sprayed, altered, damaged after delivery, or removed from its original sealed packaging is not eligible for return or exchange.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@lesablier.com with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box.
We will review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
For approved domestic returns, Le Sablier will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.
Because fragrance products may contain alcohol and require proper shipping methods, please do not ship your return using your own label unless instructed by our team. Le Sablier is not responsible for returns shipped through an unauthorized carrier, shipped incorrectly, or lost in transit.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value, subject to availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we may issue a refund to the original payment method once the return is received and approved.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
