Shipping & Delivery

Le Sablier orders are carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before shipment.

Order Processing

Orders typically require 1–2 business days to process before shipment. Processing times may be extended during product launches, holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping timeframes begin once you receive your shipping confirmation email, not when the order is placed.

Additional order review or payment verification may be required for certain orders and may delay processing.

Shipping Options

Le Sablier currently offers two shipping options for eligible U.S. orders:

Standard Delivery

Fee: Complimentary

Standard Delivery is shipped through UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery, If neither of the following is available to your location we will ship through USPS Ground Advantage.

Estimated delivery timing is typically 1–7 business days after the order has shipped, depending on the destination and carrier service availability.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Express Delivery

Fee: $35

Express Delivery is shipped through FedEx Standard Overnight or UPS 2nd Day Air.

Express Delivery is intended to arrive on the next business day after the order has been processed and shipped, subject to carrier availability, destination eligibility, holidays, weather, and other carrier-related delays.

Orders placed after the applicable processing cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays may be processed the following business day.

Express Delivery may not be available for all addresses, remote locations, P.O. boxes, or certain restricted destinations.

Signature Requirement

A signature may be required for certain orders at Le Sablier’s discretion, including high-value orders, replacement shipments, or deliveries to addresses where carrier delivery risk is elevated.

For orders that do not require a signature, the carrier may leave the package at the delivery address at its discretion.

Le Sablier is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping label has been created.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at contact@lesablier.com so we can assist with the carrier investigation.

Carrier investigations may take several business days to complete.

Le Sablier is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, holidays, carrier issues, or circumstances outside of our control.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@lesablier.com with your order number and photos of the item, product packaging, and shipping box.

We will review the issue and work to make it right.

Domestic Shipping

Le Sablier currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Shipping availability may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, P.O. boxes, and remote locations.

Certain fragrance products or expedited services may not be available to all destinations.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available unless specifically offered at checkout.

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and import restrictions related to fragrance products in their destination country.
