Returns & Refunds

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your fragrance, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at contact@lesablierfragrances.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Le Sablier is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during checkout, account creation, or newsletter sign-up is used only to process orders, communicate with you, and improve your experience.

We do not sell your personal data. Payment information is handled securely by our payment providers and is never stored on our servers.
